Opening Call Scripts
Use interest arousers. Create some yourself. Try different ones to see which works best.
Primary Opening Script:
"Good morning, Can I speak to the person who deals with your advertising or marketing?"
Interest Arouser Script:
"Hi My name's Joe. I'm calling all the plumbers today in Weston to see who wants more business. If I can prove to you how well LocalReach works for you and how well it could work for you, would that be of interest?"
- If YES: Go into signpost script word for word
- If NO: Ask them if that's "no/never" or "could you call back in a month"
End-of-Call Referral Request
Always Ask for Referrals:
"Do you know anyone who wants more business? They could have just started or it could be a friend or relative."
Tip: Ask this at the end of EVERY call, regardless of outcome. Referrals are often your best leads.
